Chickenpox is a contagious spot disease that causes itchy rashes . The disease is caused by a virus and occurs mainly in children between one and eight years old. Almost everyone gets chickenpox at some point in their life. You can’t get it after that. Babies who get chicken pox very early (0-3 months) often get chicken pox again as a child.
